The Veteran Center is a connectedness platform designed to prototype pilot programs supported by the Onward Network. The Veteran Center will test concepts in building community coalitions to be led by Veterans. The mission is to team state and local government with commercial, charitable and social welfare organizations to support purpose-built community initiatives. Community projects play a vital role in fostering a sense of well-being and encouraging citizen engagement. The objective is to create opportunities for all residents to connect, contribute, and feel a sense of belonging, ultimately strengthening the social fabric of a community, town, or city.
